About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant (İFM Satış Danışmanı) to deliver an exceptional customer experience in its Istanbul store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will blend fashion expertise with proactive service to drive sales and uphold brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions, aligned with Levi’s service approach.
• Promote the Levi’s omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy while ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle cash, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment operations.
• Perform store procedures in compliance with Levi’s policies and standards.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy and interested in current trends.
• Enjoys a busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation and at least 16 years old.
