About the role
Guess is a global fashion leader seeking a creative and detail‑oriented In‑Store Visual Merchandiser for its Istanbul Optimum store. You will shape the customer experience and drive sales through effective visual displays.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies that reflect the brand’s image.
- Design in‑store displays that attract customers and enhance their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Conduct regular assessments of merchandising displays to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain and organize store displays, including rotating and refreshing merchandise.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions.
- Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising best practices and standards.
Required profile
- Creative and detail‑oriented with a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work closely with marketing and sales teams to align visual concepts with brand strategy.
