Indirect Procurement Lead META

About the role

This position supports procurement delivery across the META region for Castrol. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into sourcing strategies, lead supplier engagements, and contribute to procurement modernization using digital tools and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders across the META region to define sourcing priorities that align with business objectives.
• Lead regional strategic sourcing activities, including supplier negotiations and contract discussions, to deliver value and mitigate risk.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and internal procurement teams to ensure business continuity and sustainable growth.
• Utilise market intelligence, spend analysis and supplier insights to identify cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Support procurement transformation by promoting digital tools, improving ways of working and driving continuous improvement.
• Provide commercial guidance and practical solutions while navigating complex, multicultural business challenges.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in indirect procurement, category management, sourcing and supplier management within large, complex organisations.
• Strong track record of leading supplier negotiations, managing commercial agreements and delivering value‑focused outcomes.
