Industrial Bakery Executive

About the role

Lesaffre is seeking an Industrial Bakery Executive to provide technical support to customers, drive product innovation, and ensure high customer satisfaction across its bakery portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Plan, implement and monitor production and testing procedures for all bread and product groups.
• Collaborate with the Baking Center team to develop new products when existing offerings fall short.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, report insights and follow up on actions.
• Organize customer visits, demos, trainings and in‑house events based on market needs.
• Perform regular field visits individually or with the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Quality) to support company targets.
• Address quality complaints in partnership with the quality department.
• Monitor market trends and innovations to propose proactive solutions.
• Meet monthly and annual activity targets and report results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in food engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident, curious and persuasive.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) and Turkish.
• Customer‑oriented, solution‑focused and a team player.
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and travel frequently.
• Valid driver’s license and active driver.
• More than 5 years of experience in the bakery industry.
• Completed military service for male candidates.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
