Influencer Marketing, Affiliate & Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive professional to own our influencer relationships, affiliate program, and community channels. You will act as the bridge between our motion‑control camera products and the creators, professionals, and audiences who use them.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencer partners across equipment reviewers, industry professionals, and high‑follower phone‑review channels.
• Apply budgeting frameworks, match influencers with appropriate product bundles, draft agreements, and coordinate shipments.
• Manage the UpPromote affiliate program on Shopify, review referrals, validate commissions, process weekly PayPal payouts, and investigate policy violations.
• Monitor and respond to comments and DMs on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp (Meta Business Suite), moderate YouTube comments, and handle Trustpilot reviews and Reddit mentions.

Required profile

• Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate or partner management, or community management, preferably for a product or e‑commerce brand.
• Strong written English and ability to represent the brand voice across email, social, and support channels.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑directed, and capable of handling a high volume of relationships.
• Interest in photography, videography, or camera gear is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or similar).
• Experience with CRM tools such as Freshdesk.
• Familiarity with Shopify and its apps (e.g., UpPromote).
• Use of Meta Business Suite for Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp management.
• Knowledge of PayPal for affiliate payouts.
