Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

HubX is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the influencer strategy for its Next studio, focusing on the DaVinci AI product. You will shape and execute campaigns that drive growth and engagement across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Research, identify and onboard influencers and creators aligned with DaVinci AI’s target audience.
• Manage end‑to‑end influencer outreach, negotiations, content production and publishing schedules.
• Track, analyze and report campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, installs and ROI.
• Continuously optimise influencer selection, deal structures and budget allocation based on data insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment with overall brand communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in influencer, creator or social media marketing in a fast‑paced, consumer‑focused environment.
• Hands‑on experience managing campaigns from discovery to performance analysis.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and a genuine interest in digital culture.

Required skills

• Familiarity with influencer platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels.
• Ability to evaluate campaigns using metrics like reach, engagement, traffic, installs and ROI.
