Influencer Marketing Specialist – International Healthcare

About the role

DRGO Clinics is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to expand its global reach in the healthcare and medical tourism sector. You will identify, engage, and manage influencers and content creators who can attract qualified international patients to our hair transplantation, plastic surgery, and dental services.

Key responsibilities

• Research and select relevant influencers across multiple international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and digital partners.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, campaign details, and commercial agreements.
• Design, launch, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Monitor performance metrics, patient referrals, engagement, and overall campaign results.
• Track influencer‑generated leads and patients using the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates and reports on influencer performance, ROI, and campaign outcomes.
• Continuously explore new markets, trends, platforms, and partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in influencer, digital marketing, business development, or medical tourism.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage long‑term influencer partnerships.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with solid reporting capabilities.
