Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

Istanbul Vita Clinic is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing team in Şişli, Istanbul. You will lead the development and management of influencer partnerships across local and international markets, driving brand awareness and patient acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Research, identify, and evaluate relevant influencers and content creators across local and international markets.
• Build and maintain a strong influencer network and database.
• Manage influencer outreach, communication, negotiations, and partnerships.
• Prepare campaign briefs and coordinate content production and deliverables.
• Manage influencer campaigns end‑to‑end, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Prepare regular campaign reports and provide actionable insights.
• Identify new influencer opportunities, trends, and emerging creators.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, influencer platforms, and content formats.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development functions to support brand awareness, patient acquisition, and business growth.

Required profile

• Good understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience with influencer research, communication, and collaboration processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Creative mindset with strong awareness of social media trends.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent command of English.
• Experience in healthcare, beauty, aesthetics, dental, or medical tourism is a plus.
