Information Security Supervisor

About the role

The Information Security Supervisor will join BİM’s Information Security Department to lead the deployment, administration and continuous improvement of enterprise‑wide cybersecurity solutions. The role is based in Istanbul and supports the company’s extensive retail network across Turkey, Morocco and Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and manage security technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, EDR/XDR, DLP, PAM and WAF.
• Implement and maintain data‑loss‑prevention, data classification, email security and web‑proxy solutions.
• Drive cloud‑security initiatives on AWS and/or Azure environments.
• Lead incident‑response activities, investigate security events and coordinate remediation.
• Identify and remediate vulnerabilities across network and system infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure security controls align with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to the Asian side of Istanbul.
