About the role
We are seeking an IT Intern to join our growing team in Doğadan. The internship lasts one year and offers hands‑on experience with enterprise IT systems.
Key responsibilities
- Track and resolve IT requests and device issues reported by employees.
- Manage service processes for devices covered under warranty.
- Handle routine IT requests and provide guidance to users.
- Perform equipment handover and setup during employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and track procurement in SAP.
- Support team meetings, corporate IT projects, and document completed tasks.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of IT and Microsoft 365.
- Interest in enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Intune, and SAP.
- Strong communication skills and attention to confidentiality and data security.
