Infrastructure Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Infrastructure Design Engineer to join our Engineering Division at our Istanbul headquarters. The role involves designing and analysing infrastructure systems for EPC and renewable energy projects across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform design and analysis of infrastructure systems, including site grading, drainage, roads, utility networks and pipeline systems.
• Prepare and review technical documentation such as design reports, calculations, drawings and bill of quantities.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines, customers and subcontractors to ensure alignment of infrastructure design with overall project requirements.
• Attend regular project meetings and provide technical input as required.
• Support site teams by responding to technical inquiries and providing clarifications.
• Ensure design deliverables meet project timelines, standards and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in the design of infrastructure works.
• Strong knowledge of relevant national and international codes and standards.
• Experience in EPC or industrial facility projects is an asset.
• Ability to prepare and review design drawings, calculations, BOQs and technical specifications.
• Good command of English (B2 level or above) and no travel restrictions.
