Instore Inside Sales Specialist

About the role

iyzico is looking for an Instore Inside Sales Specialist to drive acquisition of new merchants for its physical POS solutions. The role focuses on phone‑based prospecting, managing the full sales cycle and ensuring smooth onboarding of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct active phone sales activities to achieve individual and team targets.
• Meet assigned new customer acquisition and outreach goals.
• Understand customers’ needs and position physical POS and related payment solutions.
• Manage sales calls, convert prospects into sales and handle end‑to‑end sales process including proposals, contracts and documentation.
• Follow up on preparation and delivery of POS devices, coordinating with internal teams.
• Support operational issues during onboarding and post‑sales phases.
• Maintain regular reporting on sales performance, calls and conversions.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of existing sales opportunities while representing iyzico’s brand values.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably selling physical POS products.
• Knowledge of payment systems, fintech or the e‑commerce ecosystem.
• Strong customer‑focus, solution orientation and ability to understand needs.
• Target‑driven with excellent communication, persuasion and planning skills.
• Ability to manage post‑sales operational processes and collaborate across teams.
