Integrated Facility Management Services Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Integrated Facility Management Services (IFMS) Engineer to work in İzmir‑Torbalı. The role ensures efficient utility and production support systems, eliminates losses and maintains standard processes.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure utility systems meet production needs and company standards.
• Coordinate third‑party preventive maintenance, cleaning, inspections and lubrication of equipment and systems.
• Analyze breakdowns and energy losses and recommend efficiency and energy‑saving solutions.
• Monitor production consumption, support budgeting and drive water‑ and energy‑saving initiatives.
• Minimize downtime of production support systems and develop contractor employee capabilities.
• Promote continuous improvement with a zero‑loss mindset.

Required profile

• Engineering degree, preferably Electrical, Electrical & Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience with utility systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IOS (Integrated Operating System – OPEN+).
• Experience with automation systems.
