Integration Solutions Architect

About the role

Aras Kargo is looking for a senior Integration Solutions Architect to own and evolve its integration layer. You will design, build, and govern both customer‑facing APIs and internal system‑to‑system integrations, working hands‑on to deliver production‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the integration architecture for all external and internal connections.
• Select and apply appropriate integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, event‑driven, pub/sub, request/reply).
• Design API contracts, data models, and transformation rules while ensuring availability, scalability, security, and observability.
• Develop integration flows, services, and adapters directly on the chosen iPaaS (e.g., webMethods) and build reusable components.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and maintain platform quality.
• Guide and upskill internal analysts and developers on integration best practices.
• Gradually transition work from the current third‑party vendor to an in‑house capability.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with strong architectural knowledge and hands‑on development experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor teams.
• Experience reducing vendor dependency by building internal integration capabilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to non‑functional requirements.
