Interior Architect – Mixed‑Use Projects

About the role

We are seeking an Interior Architect to join our company, located in Maslak, Istanbul. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mixed‑use developments and proven experience in managing architectural and interior design processes from concept through detailed design and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate architectural and interior design activities throughout all project stages.
• Develop and review concept, detailed design, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other design disciplines.
• Review drawings, specifications, material selections, and technical details.
• Ensure designs comply with project requirements, applicable standards, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Support technical problem‑solving during design and construction phases.
• Monitor design progress, deadlines, and deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural and/or interior design projects.
• Strong experience in large‑scale mixed‑use projects, preferably including residential, hospitality, retail, commercial, and public areas.
• Solid knowledge of design development, detailing, material selection, and construction processes.
• Strong coordination and project management skills.
• Ability to review and manage multidisciplinary design packages.
• Good command of English; international project experience is an advantage.
