Internal Audit IT Auditor / Senior IT Auditor

About the role

Enpara Bank A.Ş., a digital-only bank founded in 2012 and a subsidiary of QNB Group, is hiring an IT Auditor or Senior IT Auditor for its Internal Audit Department. The role provides assurance that the bank's IT infrastructure and processes comply with regulations, risk policies and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assurance that the bank's IT infrastructure and processes comply with internal and external regulations, risk policies and corporate standards through IT audit activities.
• Monitor cyber threats, assess and report IT system risk and security with applicable recommendations.
• Follow up on and report on actions taken to address identified deficiencies.
• Contribute to the preparation of the annual audit plan.
• Take part in IT-related projects within the bank and provide consultancy when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (4-year) in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT security, technical auditing of systems, databases and/or web/mobile applications, security solution analysis and design, or preferably penetration testing.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills and the ability to prepare accurate audit reports and documentation.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Understanding of IT audit regulations, standards and international frameworks such as BRSA IT Systems and Electronic Banking Services Regulation, COBIT, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP or similar are an advantage.
