Internal Marketplace Account Manager

About the role

Decathlon, which has grown to over 40 stores and online platforms in Turkey since 1976, is looking for an Internal Marketplace Account Manager. The role is the commercial expert for sellers partnered with Decathlon, helping them maximise sales and operational efficiency on the Decathlon Marketplace through analysis, guidance and the upselling of high-value services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with performance data, insights and strategic recommendations.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners and ensure they meet Decathlon's quality standards, guiding corrective actions when needed.
• Analyse sales, market trends, pricing and competition to identify growth levers.
• Take part in relevant local OPECOs (for example Mayfest or Running/Mountain deals).
• Act as the main advocate for partners within Decathlon, working with Digital Sport Leaders, Marketing, Legal and Corporate Communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign management, category management and performance analysis; e-commerce or marketplace experience preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management or a related field.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to explain complex topics simply and to communicate with global teams.
• Valid Class B driver's licence and active driver.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mirakl and its tools, with continuous self-improvement.
• Creating and delivering training materials such as video tutorials and guides.
• KPI management, data conversion and commercial action.
