International Business Development Manager – Agent & Distributor Network

About the role

KULP Makine is a machinery manufacturer designing and producing filling, capping and labeling machines. It is looking for an experienced International Business Development Manager based in Istanbul to build, develop and expand its international agent and distributor network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential agents and distributors in target international markets.
• Travel internationally to meet business partners and promote the company's machinery and solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms with company management and manage partnership agreements.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international partners.
• Develop new market opportunities and support international sales growth.
• Monitor partner performance and find ways to expand market presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience establishing and developing international agent or distributor networks.
• Previous sales or business development experience in the machinery or industrial equipment industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally frequently.
• An established international network in the machinery or industrial equipment industry is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage international business relationships.
