International Marketing & Business Development Specialist

About the role

An engineering company based in Maltepe, Istanbul, is looking for an International Marketing & Business Development Specialist fluent in Arabic and English. The role connects with people from different cultures, discovers new markets and builds long-term business relationships. The position is full-time and based at the office in Maltepe.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to international marketing and business development strategies.
• Research target markets, analyse competitors and monitor industry trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, distributors and business partners.
• Communicate with international clients, arrange meetings and follow up on business opportunities.
• Support digital marketing activities such as social media, content creation and campaign coordination.
• Work with the sales team to develop opportunities and support business outcomes.
• Prepare market research and performance reports and share insights with management.
• Strengthen customer relationships and help establish long-term international partnerships.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade or a related field.
• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken, which is essential for the role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with people from different cultural backgrounds.
• Interest in international markets, marketing, sales and business development.
• Collaborative mindset, positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Professional integrity, reliability and respect for colleagues, customers and partners.
• Ability to work full-time at the office in Maltepe, Istanbul.
• Previous experience in international marketing, sales, export or business development is an advantage.
