International Patient Coordinator (English Speaking)

About the role

Antlara Dental, one of Turkey's leading international dental clinics, is looking for a professional, empathetic and patient-focused International Patient Coordinator fluent in English to join its growing international team in Antalya. Patient Coordinators help international patients feel informed, safe, respected and supported throughout their entire journey.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient appointments, treatment schedules and clinic processes
• Support international patients before, during and after their treatment
• Maintain clear, professional and reassuring communication with patients
• Ensure patients receive accurate, consistent information about their treatment journey, in coordination with the clinical team
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in CRM and patient management systems
• Follow up proactively with patients and coordinate with dentists, clinical teams, sales, operations and other departments
• Identify patient needs, resolve questions and support administrative and operational processes for international patients

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English (minimum C1 preferred)
• Legal eligibility to work in Turkey
• Previous experience in medical tourism, dentistry, healthcare, patient coordination, customer service, hospitality or sales is an advantage
• Knowledge of Turkish and additional languages is an advantage

Required skills

• Strong computer skills and confidence with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, digital communication tools and patient management software
• Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive or challenging patient situations calmly and empathetically
• Confidence communicating with patients from different cultural backgrounds
