International Sales Executive

About the role

Land of Smile Dental Centre seeks a confident, organised International Sales Executive to manage patient enquiries from first contact through booking, explain treatment and travel processes, and maintain communication throughout the patient journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international patient enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and other channels.
• Guide leads from initial contact to treatment planning and booking.
• Explain treatment plans, pricing, travel arrangements and the overall process clearly.
• Build trust through personalised, professional communication and regular follow‑up.
• Coordinate travel dates, availability and booking requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and patient information.
• Contribute to individual and team sales targets and support market development.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English; additional European language (especially Russian) preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with confidence speaking to international patients.
• Organised, consistent follow‑up approach and attention to detail.
• Ability to work comfortably with CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
• Commercial awareness without aggressive sales techniques.
• Previous experience in international sales, healthcare, tourism or customer relations is an advantage.
