International Sales Expert

About the role

Viravira is looking for a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Expert to join its growing team in Istanbul. As the first point of contact for many customers, the role is central to ensuring smooth booking experiences, building long-term client relationships and driving international growth. A short training period is provided, after which the candidate takes ownership of guest relations and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for English-speaking guests, guiding them through the booking process and supporting them before, during and after their holiday.
• Manage the full booking process for international guests and close bookings quickly and accurately.
• Contact potential and existing clients daily to secure bookings.
• Reach out proactively by phone, email and chat to understand needs, resolve issues and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Build trust-based, long-term relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Acquire new boat owners and help them onboard through the platform.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Excellent command of English, preferably at native level; proficiency in other major languages is a big plus.
• Sales or customer experience experience, preferably in tourism and hospitality; yachting experience is a plus.
• Desire to build a career in sales with global exposure.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
