International Sales Specialist

About the role

The International Sales Specialist will drive growth of the company's export business by acquiring new B2B customers worldwide and expanding into new markets. This hunter‑focused position is based in Kayseri and requires proactive prospecting and full‑cycle sales management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international customers and business opportunities across target industries.
• Conduct proactive prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels, building and maintaining targeted prospect lists.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to order confirmation, including negotiations on pricing and delivery terms.
• Research new countries, markets, industries and competitor activity to shape business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with technical teams to present suitable product solutions and follow up on after‑sales processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics or related field.
• Proven experience in international B2B sales, export sales or business development, with a track record of new customer acquisition.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally as needed.
• Strong commercial awareness, results‑oriented mindset and entrepreneurial approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems (preferred).
