About the role

We are seeking an International Sales Specialist to drive growth in the medical sector across global markets. The role involves researching new opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive international market research and competitor analysis.
• Identify and develop new customer accounts and sales channels worldwide.
• Generate qualified leads through online research, exhibitions, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors.
• Prepare offers, quotations, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor and follow up on import/export documentation and processes.
• Stay up-to-date on international trade regulations, product compliance, and target market dynamics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in export sales (medical industry is a plus).
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second language is an asset.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
