Intralogistics Specialist

About the role

Reed Turkey is recruiting an Intralogistics Specialist for an international manufacturing client. The role contributes to global standards for intralogistics across production facilities, coordinates projects and supports the company's production network, and improves material availability, delivery reliability and process flow.

Key responsibilities

• Help define and develop global standards for intralogistics processes, including KPIs, warehouse management systems and Kanban.
• Coordinate and support globally relevant projects and share results across the production network.
• Support the global eEWM key user network in the production plants.
• Plan and implement intralogistics processes and equipment independently.
• Support layout, technology and process planning of production locations and standardize tools and methods.
• Analyze and optimize existing processes, reduce replenishment times and increase flexibility and capacity transparency.
• Provide forecasts to plan intralogistics processes and ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop and deliver internal training and coaching on intralogistics topics with Corp. SCM intralogistics.
• Lead and coordinate projects, evaluate new requirements and support their IT implementation.
• Carry out maturity level assessments.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or a comparable field.
• Experience in plant internal supply chain management or comparable supply chain work, several years in Supply Chain Management, ideally in inventory management.
• Cross-functional, production-oriented experience in Supply Chain or logistics.
• Fluent English; German is welcome.
• Willingness to travel internationally and intercultural competence.

Required skills

• Process management and Lean Management.
• Good MS Office and SAP knowledge; SAP EWM experience is desirable.
• Analytical, conceptual and abstract thinking, with a strong sense of responsibility and customer orientation.
