Investigation Executive

About the role

The Investigation Executive reports to the Investigations Manager and is responsible for conducting investigations in line with Vodafone's Global Investigations Policy and local legal regulations, ensuring fairness and objectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for allegations of wrongdoing against employees and contractors.
• Collect, secure and preserve evidence for Vodafone Turkey investigation cases.
• Prepare confidential investigation reports, case records and performance metrics.
• Present findings, risks and recommendations to stakeholders and organisational leaders.
• Track remedial actions to completion within defined service levels.

Required profile

• University degree in criminal justice, policing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit or investigations within multinational companies, preferably telecom or finance.
• In‑depth knowledge of local and international auditing and investigation standards.
• Ability to give evidence in legal or disciplinary proceedings.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
