Investments Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Investments Engineer to lead the identification, design and implementation of improvement, development and investment projects within our production environment. The role supports budgeted projects, Kaizen initiatives and technology development to enhance capacity, automation and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and define process requirements for improvement, development and investment projects.
• Design and oversee implementation of projects such as speed/capacity increases, automation, line consolidation, renewal and optimization.
• Participate in cost‑reduction, vertical integration, innovation and technology development initiatives.
• Attend New Product Review and Technical Coordination meetings and provide updates on project status.
• Prepare capital appropriation files for responsible investment projects.
• Monitor annual investment plans and adjust them according to current needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production, maintenance, investment and project management.
• Advanced knowledge of maintenance and assembly techniques, production technologies, machining and chipless manufacturing methods.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
