About the role
The Sales Consultant (Stylist) at Levi Strauss & Co. in Istanbul will deliver an exceptional, brand‑aligned experience to every customer. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will combine fashion expertise with proactive service to drive sales and uphold store standards.
Key responsibilities
- Recommend outfit combinations and current promotions that match customer needs while reflecting Levi’s brand values.
- Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and the omni‑channel experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in line with company policy.
- Execute cash handling, merchandise receipt, floor set‑up, markdowns and replenishment tasks.
- Maintain compliance with all store policies, procedures and visual standards.
Required profile
- Passionate about fashion and current trends.
- Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and multitasking.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
