IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security Operations Specialist

About the role

This position is responsible for managing and improving IT infrastructure operations while supporting information security processes. The role reports to the IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager and ensures system availability across domestic and international locations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage IT infrastructure improvement projects and coordinate end‑user support services.
• Maintain uninterrupted operation of servers, network infrastructure, data centers, and enterprise systems.
• Administer Active Directory, user accounts, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) and core system administration tasks.
• Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), drive continuous service improvements, and handle IT asset inventory.
• Lead vulnerability management, patch management, and coordinate penetration testing and security assessments.
• Monitor security events from SOC, EDR/XDR, NDR solutions, support incident response, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR/KVKK.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, MIS, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT infrastructure and security role.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills and good command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, core networking technologies.
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) administration.
• Vulnerability management, patch management, and security findings remediation.
• Experience with SOC, EDR/XDR, NDR solutions and penetration testing processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR/KVKK compliance and information security audit procedures.
