IT Operation End-User Support Technician

About the role

As an IT Support Technician, you will handle both depot and onsite support operations in Bursa, ensuring the delivery, deployment and support of IT equipment and services in a global enterprise environment. The role combines technical warehouse tasks with frontline user support, requiring hands-on logistics and IT troubleshooting skills.

Key responsibilities

• Depot and logistics: receive and inventory inbound IT equipment daily, prepare, configure and ship end-user hardware requests (desktops, monitors, peripherals)
• Load and move equipment with pallet jacks, keep the staging area clean and organized, and store and label equipment accurately
• Track inbound and outbound items with scanning tools and inventory systems, maintain asset records and support IT audits
• Sanitize and stage returned equipment
• Onsite and end-user support: provide white-glove support to senior management and relocate and set up desktops, monitors and peripherals
• Deliver remote hands support to Data Center and network teams, and give 1st/2nd level support onsite and remotely via IT ticketing systems
• Handle severity 1 and 2 onsite incidents and escalations, assist in server decommissioning and hardware removal, and work with European and global IT teams
• Take part in project-based IT deployments and platform support, use Microsoft Intune for OS and software deployment, and document and standardize IT procedures and user profiles

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Ability to lift and move pallets and equipment, and experience with pallet jacks and scanning devices
• Strong troubleshooting skills and user support experience
• Comfortable working independently and within small teams

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and other tracking systems
• Working knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting and basic networking
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and software deployment tools
• Understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory basics

Regular office hours Monday to Friday; occasional planned or unplanned support may be needed outside office hours or at other locations.
