IT & SAP Manager

About the role

The IT & SAP Manager will ensure the secure, high‑performance operation of the company’s SAP/ERP environment and overall IT infrastructure. The role combines technical leadership with hands‑on management of systems that support production sites across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain uninterrupted, sustainable operation of SAP/ERP modules (MM, PP, SD, QM) and related IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and external providers for SAP development, integration, and technical support.
• Analyze business requirements, propose improvement solutions, and oversee implementation of new IT/SAP projects.
• Monitor capacity, performance, availability, and security of servers, networks, virtualization, storage and backup systems.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and KVKK through technical and operational controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience with SAP MM and PP, preferably also with SD and QM.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Fluent English and willingness to reside in or relocate to Ankara.
