IT Service Engineer

About the role

CATL is seeking an IT Service Engineer to join its Bursa facility in Turkey. The role involves delivering high‑quality technical support to internal and external users, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with corporate IT standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt support for hardware and software issues, diagnose problems, and deliver solutions.
• Configure, distribute, and maintain IT equipment such as laptops and computers, and manage software licensing.
• Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including procurement, inventory, and disposal.
• Plan, build, and maintain IT infrastructure including conference rooms, cabinets, and printers.
• Participate in information security initiatives, conduct audits, and support security compliance.
• Align local IT practices with China HQ requirements and adapt policies to local conditions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in IT support or operations, preferably in medium‑to‑large organizations.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Turkish; Chinese is a plus.
