Jr. Customer Success Manager

About the role

Meditopia is looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to help transform the wellbeing of working professionals by connecting them to their inner resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience at every stage.
• Onboard new customers and help them integrate Meditopia’s services into their employee care programs.
• Build strong relationships with HR teams, managers, and decision‑makers to understand their needs and achieve measurable well‑being outcomes.
• Track engagement, identify growth opportunities, and proactively address challenges.
• Conduct regular check‑ins, share insights, and highlight best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to represent the customer’s voice.
• Support retention and renewal processes by ensuring long‑term satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and perform regular data quality checks.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client‑facing role, preferably in SaaS, wellness, or HR tech.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with empathy and active listening.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Customer‑first mindset with problem‑solving and process optimisation abilities.
• Proactive attitude and comfort working with data to identify trends.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining a thoughtful, human approach.
• Curiosity, openness to learning, and enthusiasm for Meditopia’s mission.
