Junior International Accounting Specialist

About the role

Wingie Enuygun Group is seeking a Junior International Accounting Specialist to support the accounting and tax processes of its newly opened offices abroad. You will work closely with local consultants, tax advisors and the headquarters accounting team to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the establishment, accounting, and tax processes of newly opened foreign offices.
• Maintain regular communication with local consultants, tax advisors, and authorities.
• Monitor compliance with country‑specific regulations and report findings to management.
• Research tax advantages and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist in tracking related‑party transactions.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
• Support the implementation of internal control processes.
• Contribute to periodic financial statements, tax analyses and management reports.

Required profile

• Graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience in international companies or multi‑country operations is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong knowledge of Turkish and international tax/accounting regulations.
• Familiarity with IFRS, local GAAP and international reporting standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (LOGO).
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
