Junior Sales Specialist - Health Tourism

About the role

Voila Health Tourism is looking for a motivated, responsible and communication-oriented Junior Sales Specialist to join its team. The role involves working with international patient leads and guiding them through the process until they arrive in Turkey. The position is based in Ataşehir, Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with international patient leads and convert potential patients into sales
• Follow up with patients throughout the process, from their first inquiry until their arrival in Turkey
• Maintain accurate patient records and update tracking systems
• Prepare regular reports and give management updates
• Coordinate with doctors and the operations team to ensure a smooth patient journey

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish
• Outgoing personality, customer-oriented approach and strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work as part of a team and to coordinate with doctors and the operations department in Turkey
• University language department graduate preferred; otherwise a minimum YDS score of 65 or an equivalent English certificate (IELTS, TOEFL)
• Residing preferably on the Asian side of Istanbul
• Additional foreign languages are an advantage

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Willingness to learn data management, patient tracking and sales software
• Ability to use office reporting systems and prepare reports for management
