About the role

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a degree in MIS, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal, comfortable in a multilingual environment.
• 0–1 years of professional experience, eager to build a career in technology, consulting or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical thinking, data‑driven mindset and excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive team player with curiosity, ownership mindset and passion for continuous learning.
