Junior Tour Coordinator

About the role

This full‑time Junior Tour Coordinator position is based in Istanbul and works in a hybrid model, combining on‑site and remote tasks. You will support the design and coordination of custom private tours and workshops for a luxury boutique travel agency.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule guides, arrange luxury vehicles, and confirm reservations with local partners and vendors.
• Communicate with clients and travel consultants via email, phone, and online platforms to clarify preferences and share itineraries.
• Maintain accurate booking records, prepare detailed tour documents, and track itinerary changes.
• Assist on‑the‑ground with last‑minute requests, monitor tour quality, and contribute to service improvement.

Required profile

• Strong interest or experience in guided tours and luxury boutique travel.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset with empathy and responsiveness in a multicultural environment.
• Clear, professional communication skills in English; Turkish is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines, work independently and collaboratively, and support evening or weekend logistics during peak periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools, reservation systems, and basic office software.
• Experience with travel or CRM platforms is a plus.
