Junior Visual Designer

About the role

Enhencer is an AI-powered advertising platform that helps e-commerce brands scale by creating high-performing ad creatives for Meta and Google. It is looking for a Junior Visual Designer to join its Marketing team and create visual assets for B2B and B2C marketing. The role starts with static design and e-commerce catalog production, with hands-on mentoring and feedback to develop your design skills.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt visuals for e-commerce catalogs, seasonal campaigns and promotions.
• Follow creative guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Support the creation of media content for social media, ads and case studies.
• Contribute to ongoing design projects for Enhencer and its clients.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Industrial Design or a related field, or a portfolio showing strong visual design skills.
• Interest in e-commerce, fashion, home decor and visual trends.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, receive feedback and grow as a designer.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Photoshop or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
