Pozisyon Hakkında

AccorHotel'in Novotel otelinde Kat Şefi olarak, misafir memnuniyetini sağlamak ve otelin temiz, düzenli bir ortamda hizmet vermesini temin etmek sorumluluğunuz olacak.

Temel Sorumluluklar

Novotel standartları ve Kat Hizmetleri talimatları doğrultusunda misafir memnuniyetini sağlamak.
Otelde temizlik ve düzenin korunması, gerekli denetimlerin yapılması.
Bölüm müdürünün yönlendirmesiyle ekip içinde koordineli çalışmak.
Bölüm içi eğitimleri düzenlemek ve sürdürülebilirliğini sağlamak.

Aranan Profil

Lise veya yüksekokul mezunu.
Benzer pozisyonda en az 3 yıl deneyim.
Erkek adaylar için askerlik görevini tamamlamış.

Gerekli Yetkinlikler

Mesleki İngilizce bilgisi.
Ms Office ve Opera sistemlerini kullanabilme.
Güleryüzlü hizmet anlayışı ve iletişim becerisi.
Planlama, zaman ve stres yönetiminde güçlü.
Vardiya sisteminde çalışabilme ve ekip içinde uyumlu çalışma.
