Key Account Executive - Ecommerce

About the role

Stanley Black & Decker is hiring a permanent Key Account Executive for its Ecommerce function in Istanbul, Turkey, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. The role is execution-focused and analytical, supporting the Ecommerce Sales Manager in growing sales and market share in the online channel, while tracking performance, supporting campaign planning and execution and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and market share in the ecommerce channel, measuring progress against the three-year growth target
• Evaluate and refine strategies to expand the customer base and penetrate new markets
• Lead efforts to acquire new customers through targeted campaigns and partnerships
• Implement retention strategies and use customer feedback to improve satisfaction
• Improve the speed and effectiveness of the sales process and ensure on-time delivery of sales projects
• Support campaign planning and execution on platforms such as Amazon, Trendyol and Hepsiburada
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and keep internal and external stakeholders aligned

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or another data-related analytical major preferred
• Experience in FMCG companies, especially power tools or small home appliances, or on ecommerce platforms such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada or Amazon is highly valued
• Strong English, written and spoken
• Ability to interpret data and adapt to a collaborative, high-performance culture

Required skills

• MS Office Suite, reporting and analytical thinking
• Familiarity with ecommerce concepts such as campaign planning, Amazon, buy-box and sell-out
• Experience supporting major accounts like Amazon is an advantage
