Key Account Manager, Drug & Consumer Products

About the role

You will join L'Oréal's Consumer Product Division to drive sales growth and profitability for key drug and consumer product accounts. Working closely with Category & Shopper Marketing, E‑Commerce and Marketing teams, you will build strong partnerships and develop joint business plans.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal marketing, e‑commerce and shopper teams to align strategies.
• Develop and maintain intense working relationships with key accounts.
• Manage sales growth and profitability in line with company objectives.
• Create and implement annual joint business plans covering commercial agreements, marketing actions, training, merchandising, trade terms and profitability.
• Monitor account performance against the plan and adjust strategies as needed.
• Communicate critical business information to internal stakeholders for timely action.
• Lead, develop and support the account team, ensuring expertise and adaptability to organizational changes.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum 4 years of study).
• At least 5 years of commercial management experience, covering 360° account management, team leadership and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Growth mindset, results‑driven, innovative, ambitious and proactive.
