Key Account Manager (FMCG – Local Accounts)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to lead our local and regional accounts in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Based in Istanbul, you will drive sales, build strong client relationships, and ensure our products achieve optimal market visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of local and regional key accounts.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, listings, and promotional plans.
• Develop annual customer plans aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate with field sales teams and distributors for effective in‑store execution.
• Monitor account performance, availability, visibility, and sales volume.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
• Track promotional performance and manage trade spending within approved budgets.
• Work closely with supply chain and finance teams to ensure order and delivery continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience managing local or regional chain accounts in the FMCG sector; beverage experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Good knowledge of modern trade dynamics and in‑store execution standards.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Results‑oriented planning and follow‑up skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to conduct regular field visits.
