Key Account Manager – Health & Beauty Retail

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing international beauty company to strengthen its presence in the Health & Beauty modern retail channel across Turkey. As a Key Account Manager you will own the relationship with top retailers, drive sales growth and ensure flawless execution of joint business plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with key Health & Beauty retailers such as Watsons, Gratis, Rossmann and Migros.
• Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, promotional calendars and joint business plans with each customer.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, listings, promotions and annual trading terms.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to ensure seamless execution of product launches and campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic actions.
• Prepare regular business reviews and present performance updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of Key Account Management experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care or Healthcare.
• Proven track record managing Health & Beauty retail customers in Turkey.
• Strong negotiation, commercial and analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
