Key Account Manager

About the role

SICK, a global leader in sensor solutions, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join its team in Istanbul, Turkey. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long‑term partnerships with strategic customers and driving sustainable sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with strategic key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop customer‑specific account strategies.
• Collaborate with technical, service, project management and customer care teams to deliver outstanding experiences.
• Lead complex sales opportunities, negotiations and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, Business Development or B2B Sales.
• Strong commercial mindset and customer‑centric approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in industrial automation or logistics is an advantage.
• Good English proficiency.
