Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will lead the Levi’s Boyner concession business, developing and executing tactical and strategic account plans to deliver a premium brand experience and achieve weekly KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver AFP targets by maximizing productivity of the Boyner concession.
• Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans for Boyner.
• Ensure effective stock management, achieve P&L targets, and minimize stock‑outs and markdowns.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to management.
• Build strong relationships with account teams and support functions.
• Manage and develop key account store staff, delivering training on brand and product knowledge.
• Coordinate staffing activities with HR and optimize sales team cost effectiveness.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of sales experience, preferably in apparel, with people‑management experience.
• Strong commercial drive, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent customer relations, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and problem‑solving orientation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
