Key Account Manager – National Perfumery Channel

About the role

Afili Brands is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth of its fragrance and beauty portfolio within Turkey’s national perfumery channel. You will be responsible for managing top perfumery chains, negotiating commercial agreements and launching new brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer and channel strategies for national perfumery chains.
• Deliver revenue, profitability, distribution and market‑share targets for assigned accounts.
• Lead annual negotiations, manage commercial agreements, trading terms and promotional investments.
• Oversee new brand and product listing processes and monitor sell‑in/sell‑out performance.
• Prepare annual account plans, budgets, sales forecasts and promotional calendars.
• Coordinate in‑store visibility, campaigns and product launches with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Planning and Sales Operations on demand forecasting, inventory and order management.
• Analyse customer, category and competitor data to develop actionable commercial plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Direct account management experience within Turkey’s national perfumery and food channel.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in fragrance, cosmetics, beauty or personal care.
• Strong knowledge of commercial negotiations, budgeting, profitability and promotional management.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Valid driving licence and active driving experience.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
