Key Account Sales Manager - B2B

About the role

iyzico is looking for a proactive Key Account Sales Manager to drive B2B growth and strengthen relationships with strategic merchants. You will act as the main liaison between the company and its key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and expanding the portfolio of payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Key Account Team to deliver successful projects across all decision‑making levels.
• Engage customers via phone, email and online meetings, representing iyzico professionally.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Monitor customer feedback and market trends to improve service quality.
• Develop sector‑specific business plans and execute actions swiftly.
• Lead business development activities to acquire new projects.
• Manage all customer‑related processes efficiently using internal and external tools.
• Contribute to measuring and improving key‑account satisfaction and company image.
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar key‑account or B2B sales role.
• Strong desire to win large projects and a broad professional network.
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication and planning abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate in a team environment.
