Key Account Supervisor, Industrial Adhesives & Tapes Division

About the role

3M is hiring a Key Account Supervisor for its Industrial Adhesives & Tapes Division (IATD) in Istanbul, Turkey. The role manages a defined set of key accounts in Turkey's general industry, positions 3M as the preferred partner for industrial adhesives and tapes, and grows the business above market level through the sale of 3M brand and technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key accounts in Turkey's general industry by implementing corporate initiatives and positioning 3M as the preferred industrial adhesives and tapes partner.
• Create and execute a business plan aligned with the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division strategy.
• Strengthen relationships with key accounts, distributors and converters in Turkey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as the Technical Team, Marketing and the EMEA Key Account Team to identify and win new projects.
• Define the right 3M IATD solutions and the path to success based on customer engagement, insights and deep process understanding.
• Use the CRM system to plan, manage and document sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher education.
• Proficiency in sales and key account management experience.
• Proficiency in Turkish and English.
• Willingness to travel, which may include up to 70% domestic travel.
• Relocation package is not authorized.
