About the role
We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Porter to join our hotel kitchen team in Bursa. You will support the culinary staff by maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring all kitchen areas are ready for food preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out basic cleaning tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Collect and wash pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
- Clean food preparation areas, equipment, walls and floors, and keep them sanitised.
- Ensure garbage is collected and disposed of correctly from all kitchen areas.
- Unload food and equipment deliveries and keep the storeroom organised.
Required profile
- Ability to keep the kitchen clean and hygienic.
- Responsibility for proper waste collection and disposal.
- Experience handling food and equipment deliveries.
- Maintain an organized storeroom and work surfaces.
