Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist (Account Owner & Flow Builder)

About the role

Optimum7 is seeking a detail‑obsessed Klaviyo specialist to own email programs for 3–5 B2B eCommerce accounts. You will manage the full email marketing lifecycle, from strategy and client communication to execution, optimization, and reporting, in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own 3–5 Klaviyo accounts end‑to‑end, handling campaign planning, segmentation, builds, scheduling, QA, and reporting.
• Manage client relationships, conduct monthly meetings, obtain approvals, and provide performance updates.
• Build, optimise, and maintain automated flows such as welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post‑purchase, and win‑back journeys.
• Recreate email designs from Figma into pixel‑perfect Klaviyo templates, ensuring exact spacing, hierarchy, and structure.
• Configure CTAs, dynamic content, tracking links, UTM parameters, and complex flow logic with triggers, splits, delays, and segmentation.
• Perform thorough QA across major email clients and monitor deliverability, list health, and sender reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Klaviyo account management with a portfolio of live examples.
• Strong written and spoken English; Turkish fluency preferred for internal communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently without constant oversight.
• Availability during US Eastern business hours for Slack communication.
